There is a non-refundable Contract Fee of $150, which needs to be paid in advance of the recording date. If multiple dates are involved, there is one Contract Fee per date. The Recording Fee is in addition to the Contract Fee, and depends on the number of tracks required, factors relating to the complexity of the venue, and any special requirements you may have. You can use a figure of $40 per track as an approximation for the Recording Fees, but we will discuss your needs with you and determine the Recording Fee and other charges before the Contract Fee is paid. Also, for certain solo artists and small groups, there is a minimum charge of $300 per date, which includes the Contract Fee(s). All charges will need to be paid in full before any tracks are released.
If you pay by personal check, we will need 5 business days for it to clear. This means that if you use a personal check to cover the Contract Fee and any other up-front charges, we will need the check at least 5 business days prior to the show. We also will need 5 business days to clear a check which covers the Recording or other fees before we can release the recorded tracks.
In addition, we offer the following options, which will need to be paid at the time the Contract Fee is paid. These are non-refundable.
